Refund Policy

At Dadventure Club, we want you to love your gear. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, email [support email] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Email craig@dadventureclub.shop to let us know, then return the item unworn and unwashed within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is at your cost. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect them.

Care
To keep your gear in good shape, follow the washing and care instructions included with your order.
